1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using GiftMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of GiftMind.
2. Description of service
GiftMind is a private relationship memory tool that allows you to log notes about people you care about and receive reminders before occasions. GiftMind is a single-player, private application — there are no social features, sharing capabilities, or collaborative lists.
3. Account registration
You must create an account to use GiftMind. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Free and paid tiers
GiftMind offers a free tier limited to 10 people and a paid Pro subscription at $4.99/month or $29.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your app store or account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use GiftMind only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service to store information about individuals without appropriate consent, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits use of the service.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of all notes and data you enter into GiftMind. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
7. Limitation of liability
GiftMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VNSIS Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
